desk notes

Fresh portfolio/research release. Repository includes 54 evaluation cases (41 answerable, 8 unanswerable, 5 adversarial), deterministic numeric grading, model/semantic-note ablations, query/cost/latency logging, and layered read-only controls. Reported results are author-run on synthetic data, single-run per case, with no independent reproduction. GitHub metadata exposed no license at filing time, so code is publicly inspectable but reuse rights are not granted.
